When these informations are now available, there is no use/need for a poll of this kind. It boils down to why take sample data when you have complete data provided by USCIS and DOS.

Do I have to pay for my green card again if the INS made a mistake on my birthday? Need to know if there are any under the table jobs in Lake Havasu City,AZ. My green card expired in 2004. I have an AZ license and a social security card. Can I work with expired card? Please help!

I am currently holding Indian Citizenship and planning to file my H1 on Indian passport.
But at this year end I am also planning to take my Australian Citizenship.
So could anyone please suggest or share his experience whether transferring H1 on totally new citizenship is possible or not ? if yes then what's the way ?
And does anyone has any experience or knowledge of E3 (Australian Work visa to USA).

I have a wedding in Canada in January 2011. I would like to know if I need an Advance Parole to Canada then re-enter? Somehow I read somewhere about Canada and Mexico have different requirements.

Yes, you WILL need AP. DO NOT leave without an APPROVED AP in hand, to Canada, as that will make your GC application deemed abandoned. Repeat, you need an APPROVED AP in hand, before you depart for Canada.

hello experts..
My husband and I are working on H1B visa.My husband has filed for Green card..
Now my question is at what stage in my husdband's Green card process, will I be eligible for the visa extension
if 6 years on H1B are over??
If I also file for the green card, I get labor cleared and just in case I lose the job.Then what options I have
for visa extension?If I join another company do I have to have again labor cleared to get additional visa extension
at the completion of 6 year?what happens to priority date,can I use earlier GC filing priority date?

I found this really old post 11 2004. I saw your tutorial for coloring code. I am need a coloring page for www.walrusdogblues.com My fantasy is to have five colors red blue and yellow black and white. and the ability to drop them in the drawings as needed to blend the colors. no you don't have to worry. however when you travel and come back in, it is needed. i believe it might be needed when you try to apply for a visa(extension/change of status etc) in US.

I was wondering what are the benefits of EAD to primary(H1B) applicant before 180 days, i understand that AC21 & it's benefits can be invoked after 180 days from receipt date.
But is there any benefit of having EAD if 180 days from 485 receipt date are not over ?
